Wireless Capsule Endoscopy also known as "Pillcam",
is a procedure that enables easy visualization of the entire small intestine. A vitamin sized capsule containing a camera,
radio transmitter and battery is swallowed and sends over 50,000 images to a recorder belt as it travels naturally through
the digestive tract. These images are then viewed and analyzed on a computer work station, resulting in an amazing view of
the small bowel.
